Wow! That was a busy week. Here’s what I’ve been tinkering around on. There will be new art at the Rendezvous/Jewelbox Theatre starting July 5th – and I’m ankle-deep in glitter and fake jewels creating it! July is Burlesque month for the place, so some sparkly ladies are in the works!sweet photo taken by Andreas with his fish-eye camera-phone lens (so jealous)!A good excuse to gather some fancy papers!!Sketches and brainstorming: oh, the possibilities! I’m still coming off of the high that was last night’s “Behind the Blue Door Burlesque” – a Dr. Who inspired show – whaaaat?Five different girls are in the beginning stages, with more painting and bling to come. This has been a really good excuse to have fun, experiment and basically, cover the house in glitter. Now… back to work!!!
