Last night I finished the last of the 100 little faces ACEO paintings (above is #100 of 100)! Woohoo!!
They are all titled, stamped, signed and dated on the back.

It’s been a little while, so I’m going to post some old sketches!
Crafty crafty!
Just finished a new sheet of stickers, of a little collection of creative girls and their favorite things. Inked and watercolored, scanned and printed, laminated and cut-out!
I’ve been in a ridiculously crafty mood this past month or so, maybe because my baby sister’s living with us now: we’ve been making friendship bracelets, valentines, crocheting hats, and just this morning made a small mountain of heart-shaped rice crispy treats. Like I said, ridiculous.
On an unrelated note, how lucky am I to have not one, but two studio-kitties?!!

Little Drawings to start off the new year
Finally got a chance to sit down and finish some little pieces I’ve been putting off in lieu of working on commissioned pieces – here they are!
‘splitting headache’ – I’ve never had headaches worth complaining about until twice this last year, both times while returning from a trip via plane – the only thing I can think of is the pressure change (if there is one?) during landing. Maybe because they’re so new, or maybe becauuse I just don’t know how to properly handle pain, but I seem to be able to remove myself from my head and just look at it as being an incredibly surreal sensation. Like pins being stuck into a raw wound. I’m glad this isn’t a regular happening.

Girls with Roots – a special tattoo design
This tattoo design was commissioned by Katie. I can’t wait to see it done up! This was such a fun drawing to create, for such a lovely lady.
